Notice how Buck's weird lineup is working out pretty well.

Kinda speaks to his last year's comments about "they're the Yankees. They're the Red Sox".

These are ONLY the freakin' A's! Nothing to get all starry-eyed about.

He's battling. The A's are helping him in the more recent innings to keep his pitch count from ballooning, and he's recovering very well. He's getting better and better rather than worse as the game goes on.

I want to see if he can dig down and give us seven. This might be the team to do it against.

This has been an awesome game. :) Our SP struggles, gets hit in an unfortunate place, and recovers to go 5 strong with the potential for more, while our offense explodes on an absolute siege of base hits. This is the kind of game that is just plain fun to watch. Plus the ceremonies, it's like perfect.

I'm going to eat a sweet potato in honor of the Orioles' awesomeness, and in honor of their very likely 13th win with only 8 losses (a VERY good record relative to the past 14 seasons!). Hey, a sweet potato may not seem like much, but it is our favorite color. Orange. :)
