Don't you think Pearce significantly outplayed Jackson? He's also more versatile defensively.

I didn't watch a whole lot of spring if Gausman or Bundy weren't playing. I got those games online and stayed up with the box scores a bit. I have seen a lot of Pearce and don't think he can hit at this level, and I was really fond of Conor Jackson when he came up. In 2006 he gave me a few decent weeks when I was missing a DH in fantasy baseball and my heart has been fond of him since. YOYOMA needed those points or no playoffs.

Whenever I saw him play, he was just tough to strike out, he seemed to walk a decent amount, he had some power.....idk, just seemed like what people would call "a professional hitter". I liked the guy.

Slow down the replay and look where the ball actually hit the wall. It was about 1-2 feet over the bottom tier of the fence, about 7-8 feet high on the wall.
