An above average outfielder makes that play. The ball hit off the bottom of the wall. That ball should have been caught. Young is a good hitter but a major liability in the field.

With De Aza on board I hope Young does not sniff LF again this year.

Between De Aza, Lough and Berry I would hope that does not happen again.

I thought he did a great job today. 3rd inning wasn't sharp but he made up for it.

Just needs to work on limiting walks a little bit but other that he was goooood

I thought he was good, he just left a few in the middle of the plate in the 3rd. The walks are a problem but not if he can limit the damage. I wouldn't count on that as a tactic going forward though.

Every time I'm ready to declare him dead in each start he finds a way to gut it out. I still am not convinced he can last going forward with essentially two pitches and relying on his fastball as much as he does, but for right now I'll gladly keep being surprised if he can keep pulling it out.
