Balfour's fastball is averaging 2mph slower than 2013 (91.5mph vs. 93.4mph)

Never, Never, Never pay big bucks for a closer. They are rather easily created from the ranks of failed closers.

Tommy Hunter wasn't great but I think he would have gotten better, and Zach Britton has been pretty darn good

No need to spend big money on any bullpen arm including and maybe especially a closer.
