The problem (not really a problem) is he's been so pitch efficient that he's hard to take out. That and he's had a ton of rest and needs the work. For someone who usually locates so well though he's missing spots bad.

The thing is pitch count has nothing to do with the TTTOP (Time through the order penalty).

Buck shouldn't be using pitch count as his primary tool, it isn't just about fatigue.
