I am so glad they're doing this now.  This is how you get an Acuna, sign 16 and 17 year olds for 100-200k and one pans out.

Well, it is certainly how you grow a Schoop.  Certainly. Because no one can really tell which 16 year olds will be Vlad Guerrero. Unless their name is Vlad Guerrero.

An open question would be why he was IFA eligible.  If he was born in USVI, this would make him a US citizen, and you generally can't renounce your citizenship unless you're over 18.
