John Alan Means appears to have gradually  bounced back since the outing just prior to his minor injury last month.

He had a bad outing in his final game prior to the injury against the Diamondbacks, and another bad one in his first game back against the Yankees after coming off of the IL.

In the outing after that (also against the Yankees), he showed sings of dominance in the first 3 innings before the New Yorkers smacked him around in the 4th.

Then he pitched reasonably well (not great, not bad) against the Royals.

Then he had what was arguably his best outing of the season against the Rays his most recent game, throwing 7 Innings of 1-Run Ball.
