Well, they have to take his breaking ball because it's usually a ball out of the zone, so if his fastball looks identical until the last 10 feet before the plate, they probably thought they needed to take. Very deceptive pitcher. There's a reason he has like a 0 ERA in 9.1 IP now.

My kid played up kid pitch for the first time this year. Hit .000 but I think his OBP was close to .400.
