seemed like it took him 4 seconds. runner was not running full speed because he thought he was dead to rights.

Sure, but that error is on Sisco (if it was called one). Valaika would have had to have made a very good play. Sisco had time and couldn't even throw a ball within five feet of the glove from just 90 feet away. Weak.
