Statistically, Kramer was much better in his start tonight than he was in his first 2 outings of the season ...... he recorded more outs, ceded less runs, did not allow any extra-base hits, walked fewer batters, and had a considerably better Strikes-to-Balls ratio.

86% of the outs that Kremer recorded (12 out of 14) came via the Strikeout and the Groundout.

I’m listening to the Rangers radio guys and enjoying some good radio stuff, and the game is blacked out for me.. there were two consecutive double play balls hit that resulted in one out each. The Ruiz throw pulled MC off the bag. Should either play have resulted in an error?

Neither was a double play ball.
 

When an out is recorded there can’t be an error unless a throw results in runner advancing. The one throw was offline but had no chance.
