Weather:  Low 70s; rain showers passing through the area and could affect the early part of the game but are expected to completely clear the area by 8 or a little after

Roster Moves:  Chris Owings reinstated from bereavement list, Marcos Diplan optioned to Norfolk.   Also, in a move that does not affect tonight's 26 man roster, the Orioles chose Austin Voth off waivers from the Nationals.   He has no options left so he must be added to the 26 man roster, there is a grace period to allow him to travel to town so that does not take place tonight.   To make room for him on the 40 man roster, Cody Sedlock was DFA'd.  Voth will be added to the 26 man roster in the next day or two and a corresponding move will be made then.
