You know Ohtani has said he wants to go to a team with a chance to win.  Out of all the big market teams the Dodgers look like the best bets.  Maybe Toronto or SF or Seattle.  

Both NY teams are a mess right now.  

If he really wanted to win the Orioles would actually not be an insane choice but we would never pay up the money needed.
