New hat leak?

This was the best of the 90's bird logos.  The 1998-2008 logo was not as awesome.

If they are pairing that hat with a new "retro" jersey alternate that uses the pre 95 Script, like the late 70's late 80's script. 

That would be INCREDIBLY nice.

Agreed, but for a long time, I too have wanted this bird back for an alt jersey a handful of times per year.  I know it tastes sour to some of you due to its heavy association with the Dark Ages.  But I think it looks cool.

I wouldn't mind if the ornithological bird hat replaced the "O" hat. I've never been a big fan of it.

I always like the tricolor black back/white front with orange bill hat for the Orioles, so even though I prefer the cartoon bird I think this is a good look overall.

They changed the sleeve trim I think in 91 after after they went to new jersey’s in 89.

The guy that developed the Cartoon Oriole was a artist working for Walt Disney.  Forget his name.

I hate everything about the Yankees, but have to admit, I respect the fact that they basically have only one iconic hat. I wish we only used cartoon bird with all black.

I think the Friday O’s hat is terrible but I’d easily take that over the dumpster fire in the OP.
