I was a little surprised to hear Brian Kenny say during the hour before our game that flat out it looked to him like he'd quit last year.     Kenny's generally player friendly and was contrasting it with him looking strong this year.

You could see it coming.  His fastball velocity really dipped 3rd inning even before he had thrown lot of pitches.

He needs to take a page from Adley's book.  Adley gets a lot of strike calls on the lower/outer part of the plate.
