On another note: Just what has gotten into Bautista? He is either possessed, sold his soul a la Robert Johnson, or is on that new shizz.

I don't know, I just can't get over the fact that he hit 16 HRs or less for 6 years, then all of a sudden at almost 30 years old, he hits 54. And he's on pace for 54 again this year.

Agree. He was iffy bringing him in in the 7th. You got a good inning out of him so why press your luck?

I kinda see it the other way. You got a good inning with him, so why not let him go a little further, rather than shuffling in a new pitcher who may not be on his stuff that night. I'm not a believer in only 1 IP relievers.

Rapada, on the other hand, I dunno.

I'm just saying, I don't think the problem is that Accardo/Rapada were brought in for inning X instead of inning Y. I think the problem is they are not reliable/AAAA.
