Some here were howling for the perceived best available player and had been led to believe it was Matzek. IIRC, Sportsguy was all over Grant Green.

I could stand to be corrected but I thought Joe Jordan's final choice was between Hobgood and one of Jacob Turner and Shelby Miller.

Not while he keeps giving up runs and racking up losses.

My guess is if he puts up some 0's he will make the cut.

Absolutely. I really want the organization to go out it's way to keep the guy healthy. Of course, they're doing that with all the pitchers. But I worry....

It is great that he if finally healthy but I just can't get excited about his chances as a prospect at this point.
