Depends on who they have at second.

True. An aging Roberts will give up range, but is still plenty sure-handed. Average rating is my guess. But then again, relying on any aspect of Roberts' game is probably a fool's errand...

I am hoping that LaRoche resigns with WAS, Napoli finalizes his deal with BOS, and TEX agrees to terms with Swisher.

Then, Morse and Morales will be available in trade without many (any?) teams as dance partners. Better leverage for O's to potentially snake one of the two for a reliever.

I really don't like the idea of giving up a draft pick for a guy who is only here for 3 years, at ages 33-35.

To me it is kind of a hard question. I don't like Davis because

of his defense and Adam may cost too much and a loss

of a draft pick. Oh well I guess I will trust DD to do the right

thing for the O's.

I wouldn't let a draft pick stand in the way of being a playoff contender in two of the next three years, and I'd rather give up the draft pick than Tillman. As for the money... increasing the size of the fan base would recoup most of it, if not all. Seeing OPACY attendance hit 2.75 million would be a joy, because it would mean the O's are playing relevant baseball.
