Unquestionably one of Norris' 2 best starts this season (the other being the 7-inning, 3-run game against a Mets team that had a bad offense and no DH.)

He struck out 7 (in only 5 innings), and gave out 3 free passes (2 walks and 1 hit batsman.).

The pitch-count count was high for only 5 innings (85), as was the strikes-to-balls ration a little high on the balls side (50 Strikes, 35 Balls), but perhaps that was due to a little rust in it being his first major league start in almost a month.

Also of note: Norris was pitching on only 3-days' rest, having thrown 4 shutout innings against AAA-Gwinnett on Wednesday.

Norris really needs to have an okay game against an offense with a pulse. He has basically had two "decent" starts all year and they were against the Mets and Indians. That just isnt' going to work.
