Adam has had very few balls hit hard out of the infield in recent games. Dont even talk about the fact that he hasn't hit a HR in 3 and a half weeks.

He's reverted to Nick Markakis in May. With less power. And no ability to draw walks. So pretty much he's been pretty useless offensively this month. But his defense is still good and he is still keeping his strikeout rate down, so he should be fine going forward.

California has had more ballplayers than any state. HOFers Ted Williams, Joe DiMaggio, Duke Snider, Eddie Murray, Tony Gwynn, Gary Carter, Joe Cronin, Harry Heilmann, Bobby Doerr and wait-lister Barry Bonds. HOF pitchers Tom Seaver, Randy Johnson, Don Drysdale and Dennis Eckersley.
