Yes, no thanks to that outfield. I'd prefer good players out there. Not a replacement level Parra and a 27 year old "prospect" with 2 tools and horrid plate discipline.

I know a lot of guys like Fowler. But career Jackson's WAA and WAR are much higher than Fowler.

I think he is a guy who is made for Camden Yards offensively. I would expect a bounceback with regular playing time. Especially compared to his Seattle numbers.

I probably wouldn't mind Parra being back if we could sign Jackson. We would have a great defensive outfield and infield.

For me Alvarez is the 4th next year. If he's a starter then there are issues.

Maybe next he can tell us who is the toughest FA pitcher (without a pick attached) for him to face. Then, we can add him to the rotation.

I think they should trade Britton for Ethier and cash and play him in RF. Great OBP and left-handed. Dodgers are in desperate need of bullpen help and they have too many outfielders.

Parra does nothing for me. If they sign him to a three year deal, he might be worse in 2017 than Markakis.

Big assumption is that Parra is going to even sign with the O's. I know he has said he likes it in Baltimore, but I have to think some team(s) out there are going to offer him more than the O's are willing to pay.

I could get behind that depending on how much cash is involved. He had a really nice season this year, but he is 33 and is owed a lot.

I don't have a problem with dangling Britton, though I'd prefer to get multiple cost controlled guys instead.
