He is going to smash that baby!!

I was really hoping with Chris 2.0,  but it is looking bad again already. I think only an act of god will save Chris from infamy. Maybe he only gets 2 ABs in a rain-shortened 6 innings game?

Buck might pinch hit him at some point.  Only one at bats means a 50/50 chance at not striking out.

I felt myself almost rooting against him being good.  Don't get me wrong, I like Davis.  I think he seems like a good guy.  I hate seeing him struggle so much.

But...if him getting back on track in any way validate's Brady Anderson in any capacity...it's hard for me to get behind him hitting well again.

I feel bad admitting that, actually.

I agree. Brady needs to go do a triathlon or something and shut up.

I think maybe the only way he doesn't break that record if they use him as bottom of 9th inning defensive replacement.

CD 2.0 Monday

0 for 3, 3 strikeouts, hit by pitch

CD 2.0 so far

4 games

2 for 15 (.133)

2 walks (one intentional), 6 strikeouts, 1 sac fly

Onbase % .263

Slugging %  .400

OPS .663

He has struck out in 25 consecutive games, 12 short of Aaron Judge's major league record

CD 2.0 still has a significantly higher OPS than the pre-rest version, somehow.
