28-1 in favor of the Braves...No-brainer. Maddux , in my mind , will always be remembered as a Brave , and he should be inducted in the HOF as a Brave.

194 of his wins, 3 of his Cy Youngs, and his only World Series ring came as a Brave. I don't think there's any doubt.

I'm a die hard Cubs fan and there's no shot of him wearing a Cubs cap. Although his first Cy Young was as a Cub. They should've re signed him after the '92 season, but decided Jose Guzman would be a worthy replacement...niiice.

News to me!

Yea, I've kept it in the closet around here, but did come out in a post a month or so ago when everyone was blaming Dusty Baker for ruining Kerry Wood and Mark Prior. It's been since the early 80's, I was looking for a National League team to root for, and the Cubs were my pick. No rhyme or reason, maybe the goofy team picture Baseball cards they used to have, who knows. I named my dog Gracie for god's sakes, I basically stalked Mark Grace during All Star Week in '93 and he wouldn't give me the time of day, although Ryne Sandberg spoke to me and shook my hand which was quite a thrill.

The "news to me" is that 3 people decided to vote that Maddux will wear a Cubs hat at the HOF induction ceremony. There's probably some legitimate reason for discussion as to which hat Roger Clemens wears, but I can't see any reason for disupte regarding Maddux or Glavine.
