It is conceivable that the horrible, horrendous, atrocious 2019 Baltimore Orioles team could have 2 All-Stars in the Mid-Season Classic.

I don't think that it will happen (nor am I necessarily making the argument that it should happen), but John Means and Trey Mancini are both certainly in the conversation in terms of deserving to be on this year's American League team.
