I've always felt that one issue with having a "bullpen" game and planning on using 4 or 5 relievers is that every so often, even a good pitcher just "doesn't have it" and gets lit up.    And the more pitchers you use, the more you increase your chances of running into one of those nights and giving up a big inning.

Now let's make sure we have that big inning here.

Palmer says he was bunting for a base hit but bunted it to hard.   Wasn't trying to sacrifice.

Not sure I agree with Mullins bunting....but whatever we need to lose somehow I guess.

Not a fan of Mullins bunting with runner on 2nd and 3rd and one out. He needs to try and drive them in. We ended up scoring just that one run after Hays and Mancini failed. 

This is part of the reason why this team stinks. Just dumb baseball even from there good players.

I don't really hate the bunt there.  This team needs runs any way they can get them and Mullins is a great at bunting.  There's no guarantee that he's going to get a hit and drive in a run there if he swings away.
