His low splitter is unhittable.  The funny thing is that when he leaves them high in the zone the results are USUALLY pretty good too.  Amazing that a pitcher with his control issues has become such a strike thrower, this quickly.

What are the chances that he can sneak into the 3rd spot in ROY voting and get us an extra draft pick?  Right now Rodriguez and Peña are 1-2. Bautista is battling Adley, Witt, and Joe Ryan. Looks like slim chances. Especially with Adley. Bautista and the O’s would have to go on a tear, make the WC, and he’d have to end up with 20 saves.
