Felix really needs to learn pitching situations.  That might be okay to try the splitter there in a 3 run game.  But in a 1 run game you can't risk it there.

Either it's a 100 MPH up in the zone off the plate or a splitter below the zone. 

It really bugs me that we just blew a save with such an awful, awful pitch. Not even a competitive pitch.

closers can't make that pitch. They just can't. 

Does Adley have any responsibility there? Only saw the replay once, but it looks like that's where he was set up.
