I think Andino could have tried to stretch (if he missed it Hafner wasn't going anywhere OR Andino could have made a better effort to get back to the bag- looked like he took his time).

He could have stood on 2nd and stretched for the throw, or made a quicker movement to get back to the bag.

But, you can pin that one on Jones, and his lolligagging. Get up and throw the ball back like you want to win.
