I really think he may need a Tillman-like re-work. His mechanics and command both were ugly in Baltimore and it looks the same at Norfolk.

Right, he needs to spend some time with RP. Hopefully we get the new and improved version next spring.

He's the guy, I don't know how much contact he's actually had with either Arrieta or Matusz, but both of them could benefit from a change in their mechanics.

The only thing I'm hoping here is that focusing on the Peterson tweaks maybe makes things worse before it makes things better.
