I feel getting a win tonight could've been a huge momentum boost. A loss? F***ing brutal.

Momentum in baseball is your next day starter.

With that said, what is concerning is that the team's best (only?) strength in the first half, the bullpen, is crumbling. Was it a mirage, like everything else?

This is not a game that will make or break the Orioles season, but it does show that they have done it with smoke and mirrors a little bit so far.

So I was thinking that having your young pitchers crap out in the first inning really sucked since you then had to sit through nine innings of a game in which you had a slim chance of winning. But now I am coming around to the idea that being competitive in game up until the ninth inning and then getting crapped on for six runs is worse. Oh the conundrums of an Orioles fan!

This kind of game is so disheartening it makes me question my passionate fandom of this "team". I just don't know what to say anymore after a month of just awful baseball topped off with this one. Just makes me sad
