I'm probably in the minority. But I don't really think that was Dickerson's fault. I think Hundley ran out of steam.

He's a catcher. He has very little steam to start with on the base paths. Sending someone like Lough or Jones on that hit, okay, even though it's taking a chance, but sending a slow runner is unacceptable.

And now a balk. Get out of the inning.

Stamina and speed are two completely different things.

You can debate the finer points of speed vs. stamina if you want, but Hundley isn't some random dude that Dickerson just met on the street, and he wasn't acquired yesterday, either. He's slow. Dickerson knows this. It was a stupid send.
