IronBirds manager

Anyone know why the IronBirds changed managers a couple of weeks into the season? Steve Melewski reported the Orioles would have no comment. Logically, that tells me something out of the ordinary happened but I can't seem to find what it is. Am I the only person who finds this odd?

Odd? I guess that's the word. He must have done something to tick them off. Could be any number of reasons. Haven't heard a thing.
