2. Davis - OBP at top of line up, hate the K's but lefty hides the runner, BBs can lead to rallies, hitting more with runners on so he can see better pitches, maybe snaps him out of it.

9. Joseph - Earned it in game one, let Sisco play on Sunday. I'd go 60% - 40% through April and see how Sisco is adapting before we unleash him some more.

Chris Davis was the slowest player on the team last year, he has slowed considerably in the last few seasons. He looked brutally slow in the opener, I'll try and time some home to first times in the upcoming games.

So, now that the idea of Davis as a good lead off hitter has been debunked I’m happy with any lineup where he’s 7th or lower.

I don’t see Rasmus hitting 8th with Davis leading off. It allows a lefty to face 2 of 3 LHH.

Because he isn’t a very good catcher..when his catcher ERA is 6 after several games, you will see.

but it is only 2 games with an off day so nothing unusual really.
