At which point. I would wonder which is sadder, that a 0-win pitcher won the CYA, or the fact that a pitcher with a 1.75 ERA and qualifying innings couldn't get a win.

Not that he was a Cy Young candidate, but I remember Senators reliever going 2-14 with a 2.04 ERA in 1970.

I don't think you'll ever see a pitcher with a stat line like this ever again.
