This is going to get pretty messy. If you read the second to last (I think) page, they have a prenup. She is probably going to have to really go after him to take them out of the scope of the prenup.

My favorite thing I've learned is that both of ARod's daughters have the middle name of Alexander (it's not their mother's maiden name, in case you're wondering). WTH?

At least ARod didn't name all his kids George Foreman ;-)

It keeps getting weirder. Now his ex-trainer (who looks like a serious roidhead if you saw his tv interview) is claiming that ARod is brainwashed by Madonna and is now practicing Kabbalah. StrayRod is quickly becoming the baseball version of Michael Jackson, minus the child molesting... for now anyway. Who knows what's next?

They let out their inner weirdo. The thing is that you and I can't let out our inner weirdo because we don't make enough money to do so. Athletes and entertainers can let their inner weirdo out because they've got enough money and success to not care what others think of them.

Plus they have people around them all the time telling them how great they are. It coddles that behavior.

I'll get really worried then.

Props to A-Rod though, he's still having a good year despite all this drama. There must not be as much pressure in a nasty public divorce and allegations of sleeping with an 80's pop star as there are in the first round of the playoffs.

Plus, and this isn't the case so much with athletes but with entertainment celebs, a lot of them are weird before they get famous. Sometimes they couldn't do what made them famous without being "weird." Songwriters, comedians, actors, etc, some of the best of them are completely messed up.
