This seemed like a "claim him just because" move, which seems stupid to do. Severino does not make any part of this roster better. 

The O’s can always let Sucre opt out as a courtesy if they’re intent on keeping Severino.

What I am saying is I would like to keep Sucre on the roster now over the new player. Perhaps like others have said Severino will be let go of as well.
