O’s spring training on the radio & MLB Network

I'm in Richmond Virginia.  Is there a local radio station that carries the games?

I also remember that streaming will be an option for the games this year.  How do I stream O's games?  Thanks for the help.

You can stream them for free on sites I did it all last year.

If the team stinks and no one watches on tv, why spend the money? Maybe that's what they're thinking.

You figure, any video stream is also going to have audio. So audio alone would have to be half as large.

I would also guess (GUESS. Semi-educated...) that video takes a substantial bit more bandwidth, so WAG 1/3 as large? It would be significant.
