Absolutely, I don't think he bonused-down, I think the chaos of the first few picks shuffled him and the Reds were just quick on the phone with him and told him, hey, we'll give you top-10 cash. It's just an assumption, I have no evidence to support that other than Longenhagen saying his sources say they have a $5mm+ agreement

I believe the Padres have taken Lesko and Snelling.  Risky but I like them both a lot.
