Frankly I'm amazed by what we've gotten from Wells, Zimmerman's first 7 starts, Kremer, Watkins, Lyles, and so far Voth (SSS).

If the Os had a bigger lead maybe. But I don't think Hyde wants to repeat the mistake he made with Kremer on July 4th, when the inning got quickly out of control.

Yeah, 1 run game, and the guy that was up doubled off Watkins before.   I'm guessing that was Hyde's line of thinking.   And honestly, Watkins DID give the pen a breather, no one expected 6.2 tonight from him.

Now let's see if Baker can get out of this.
