Whatever happened last year when he took a leave of absence, it really affected the staff. Having Holmes around him in the dugout has seemed to help him manage things better this year. Cossins going to the pen was a good move.

Nope.  Me either.

Holt has been nothing short of a gem for our guys.  Simple grips, workouts, throw to the middle, stats that supplement the pitcher,…. He’s the perfect match for the nerds upstairs that can bridge it to the field.

Not sure what he is making but he deserves a huge raise.  Holt has some serious magic sauce.

Pretty cool that he’s from Portland, Maine. I visited there with my girls a few years ago and it’s definitely a cool place. 
 

Chris Holt is a national treasure that should be protected at all costs.
