Izturis I agree with, he is batting from the left side and should be able to get Wieters over as his goal, since he's not likely to get a hit and even less likely for it to be an XBH. I don't mind Roberts approaching that AB with the intentions of driving a pitch, as he's a good enough hitter to drive in Wieters and get in scoring position, plus him solely advancing Wieters doesn't give us a huge advantage, as there would be 2 outs.

I mostly agree with you, except for moving Weiters over. He's slow, and a single would have scored him from third, but not even close from second.
