8/14 Os Tillman v. Angels' Weaver

I really feel horrible for the guy. He might be done as an effective MLB pitcher, and only really scratched the surface of his potential due to injuries.

If Bedard shows that he is healthy after the surgery, I could still see AM signing him. The Orioles will be able to get him alot cheaper now that he has had to have more surgery. I hope the Orioles pick him up.

This is just speculation, but what would people think of Bedard as a closer?

He would throw less pitches, and his stuff is still incredible, provided he heals up properly.
