Wieters' value depends on how he does this year. Martin just had a career year (136 OPS+, 5.5 rWAR). He's been worth 30.1 rWAR in 9 seasons. Wieters has been worth 13.6 in the equivalent of 5 seasons, with 4.9 as his high. He'll be two years younger next winter than Martin is now. I think whether he makes more or less than Martin depends a lot on how 2015 goes.
