I was there when he pitched brilliantly against the Angels in his debut. He has talent. Havent seen it much since.

There is something to be said for the unknown factor. Wright was at his best when opponents didn't know what to expect, but now everyone knows and Wright's one trick pony show is up until he can make an adjustment

which he has been unable to do and continues to be unable to do it. Wright needs to be tried in the bullpen, but the problem is the Orioles FO has gutted the farm to the point that we are right back to where we were in a

sense when we were losing every year. The difference now is there's a hell of a lot more talent on our 24 man roster, but we are still having to use players at the major league level because we "don't have anything else"

and we "have no choice." It's a very fragile house of cards in Baltimore right now IMO.
