Got shelled again in Bowie.  Appears we got absolutely nothing in trading off Machado, Gausman and Britton. DD will have a hard time ever getting an MLB job once again.

Not defending DD, far from it, but c'mon man, talk about a hot take off of one start by a young pitcher in Bowie who is coming off an injury. ?

14 guys we got that were prospects. You will notice that all the prospects people are talking about are guys who weren't traded for last off-season. We got robbed. I should run down the list of guys we got and how badly they are all doing. The guy who is doing the best is Bannon who's OPS is now down to .733 and sinking.

Considering how good Kremer was in AA last year, I’m not going to get too concerned about two bad starts while he’s still rounding into form after missing significant time with an oblique injury.    If he’s still pitching poorly in July, I’ll worry about it.

As to DD, I’ll be surprised if he’s ever a GM again.     Perhaps he could get one of those “special advisor” gigs from some team down the road.

Yup, none of these players will ever make it to Baltimore, should just get rid of them now.

Cody Carroll and Dillon Tate already made it here.  It is debatable if they will ever be back though.

Yeah none of the guys we got will ever contribute. There is no chance any player will turn it around. Those type of things never ever happen

Classic Orioles move: hang on to "their" guy instead of trading him at peak value. #DDBlueJays

Sorry, but this is such a ridiculous post.  It has been 10 months since the Orioles traded Machado, Gausman, and Britton.  By many accounts, Kremer has looked good, looked good last year, and has had two poor starts in Bowie after missing most of Spring Training.

As Drungo pointed out in another thread, your obsession with being contrarian is growing tired.

It is absurd to suggest that the Orioles got nothing in their trade of TEN MONTHS after the trades happened. ABSURD.

LOL.  From one Andrew to another, great minds.  What a terrible, illogical post by atomic.

It's ridiculous because of everything you pointed out, but it's also ridiculous because he didn't get "shelled." He gave up 3 in the first and 1 in the 5th. Nobody had any reports on what happened in the first, but getting hit in the first is common. Having it happen to a guy who's just back from rehab can't be surprising.

Rather than hyperventilating over every start, I say we give the kid 5 minutes to get his legs under him and start his thing again. Tony/Luke listed him as our #3 prospect last year. That's high praise and they know much more than the aforementioned poster.
