He confirmed it's the biggest amount of signings in Orioles history. Confirmed by the GM. I guess if you wanna wait for the ink to dry but that's about as confirmed as you can get.

How much of a gap exists between how much the O's have spent previously and how much cap room they will have?  Four million?  More?  Less?

They can set a new high water mark and still be last in spending among teams not under sanction.

Perhaps, but are they all going to be qualified major leaguers? Do they all have a lot of want to? Have they all, kind of figured it out?

We have a second DSL team again and I doubt many of the mainstays will remain in the org from last year. There’s a lot of room to fill out those teams.
