Sorta like this but a red tube with red wax. Can't remember the name.

There were a few of these products, but I used Hair Care, pinkish wax in a translucent red tube with white lettering, shaped like a roll-on deodorant (all this from memory so potentially inaccurate) to fuel my pre-Beatles flattop.

That sounds like the stuff. Couldn't find a pic. My dad had a PERFECT flat-top crew until the 70's arrived, and he became somewhat experienced. He had the stuff in the red tube, push-up deodorant style wax stuff.

Ben... looks like he still uses it. Not my kind of look but still pretty bad-ass.
