I think it has been a long while since the Os have had so many breakout candidates - and I would say breakout has three definitions here.  First, as Frobby notes, if DHall puts things together, he could emerge as a top 10 prospect in all of baseball.  Second, is the number of guys who could just into top 100 or near top 100 status with great years - such as a dominant year from Henderson, AHall, Bauman and several others.  Third, and perhaps most exciting, is the number of guys who could emerge as legit SP or legit everyday major league player.  

Other teams have such prospects with such upside - obviously, but I think the Os have more pans in the fire in terms of the sheer number of prospects who could make a jump in the second two definitions than in a long while.
