I had to go look him back up, knew he was with us, but couldn't remember what happened.  Guess he was taken in he minor league portion of the Rule V?   He didn't play in the majors at all in 2018.

Yeah, he went in the minor league portion. He was unprotected in that draft too due to maturity issues that he has since admitted to and cleaned up.
