Most 1st round picks don’t do much especially later round guys.  Go look at any year in the last 15 or so you won’t recognize half the guys drafted and most never even make the majors or get just a shirt glimpse of major leagues.  This is the 2015 draft a few very good players but there lot of guys you never even heard of.  On a side note we have 4 guys on the 40 man roster that were drafted in first 36 picks.  https://www.cbssports.com/mlb/news/2015-mlb-first-year-player-draft-first-round-complete-results/
