Tegarden is the biggest problem. Davis got to second on an error which ended up scoring McClouth. Tegarden has had men on each time and has K'd.

When you are relying on your #8 hitter to provide your offense, that's the problem.

3-7 should be able to pick up the runs.

Im not saying this is on Teagarden. But when you have a guy like Wieters that rarely misses games, I'd prefer a more offensive backup. I would have been all over Kelly Shoppach when he was released.
